TTAsia operates a Network Management Center (NMC) which provides 24x7 support. We have a team of experienced and well-trained engineers providing centralized network management service to customers. Our staff certifications span a long list of products, methodologies and practices. This allows customers to outsource all or part of its ICT management to TTAsia for increased availability, better performance, and enhanced security while reducing the overall operations cost.

In order to support the heavy day-to-day operational duties and provide reliable uninterrupted network services to our customers, our NMCs are built with maximum in its equipment setup and are certainly aligned with today's latest technology.

Environment - A state-of-the-art climate control helps maintain an optimal temperature and humidity for the entire data center. Two fan-coil chilling systems are installed in the equipment room. 1:1 redundant.

Raised Floor - Floor space in the network management center is raised in order to conduct structured wiring below the racks.

Standardized Racks - Our data center is equipped with 42U industry standard racks that are 600mm (W) x 2000mm (H) x 800MM (D) large. All racks include two sets of separately fused power bars and four cooling fans to house and maintain your equipments.
For those who do not require a full racks, a portion of it can also be rented to suit your needs. The sizes offered are half and quarter size cabinets.

Power - Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems featuring battery banks serve to protect all mission critical systems from power failures. This UPS provides 8 hours of continuous power supply even after power disruption.

Fire Fighting Facility - A FM2000 fire suppression system is installed together with a smoke diction system to combat fire outbreaks. A 24-hour centralized monitoring system is maintained by our staff to ensure fire safely. In addition, the auxiliary manual fire fighting equipment is installed in en easily accessible place.

IFL Cable Redundancy - Extra pairs of IFL cable are routed from the outdoor antenna to the indoor equipment. The cables are terminated into a patch panel to enable cable swapping in the shortest time.

Stringent Security - Video surveillance cameras are installed in all entrance/exit and main areas to monitor all activities in the data center. Furthermore, a "man-trap' design is used to restrict access from intruders who get past the first line of security. All NMC equipments are placed within a secure space that is occupied by our customers only. Only the relevant people can access the Data Center with proximity card access entry system. The customer should pre-register their representatives to TTAsia's security guard before accessing the Data Center.
